L3 - Degree in Design
When Ecole Normale students enter the department after passing the initial competitive entrance exam or being recruited based on their application dossier, they have a year of extramural education in design.
- Through completing a DNMADE 3 project
- Through a combination of practical work and theory: L3 courses as part of undergraduate degrees in applied arts or design (such as Paris 1, Nîmes, and Toulouse), which may be completed as a combined-honours undergraduate degree along with subjects such as art history, theatre studies or cinematography studies.
